No, It isn't worth the extra as they both are quite similar, except for the Gigabyte wifi which their wifi cards aren't very good anyways. I would go for the ASRock board, as ASRock tend to be cheaper and very high quality + has the reliability (I own an ASRock board (X79 Extreme7)). Both have a PCI-E 3.0 x16 slot and 2 Ram slots so both are quite similar except for the H87 chip which isn;t much of a difference if the price difference is quite large. The ASRock board would be the better option for a budget board and going H87 isn't worth it for the price gap. You might as well spend the extra on something that actually has a noticeable difference like a graphics card, not a motherboard.
