Hey there,
I am trying to build a good home machine for video editing and CGI production, this is one of the first draft of components that I was thinking for this built.
I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback or critics about this hypothetical built.

here are the components :

CPU : Intel Core i7-4771 Haswell 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4600 BX80646I74771 price : 329$
MoBo : ASUS Z87-PRO LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard price : 209$
Ram : G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C11Q-32GZL price : 342$
Video Card : ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card price : 379$
SSD : Intel DC S3500 Series SSDSC2BB120G401 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) - OEM price : 160$
HD : Western Digital WD Green WD20EZRX 2TB IntelliPower 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive price :87$
DVD : LITE-ON DVD Burner - Bulk Black SATA Model iHAS124-04 - OEM price : 20$
PSU : Antec BP550 Plus 550W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.2 80PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply-Intel Haswell Fully Compatible price : 64$
Case : Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced Blue Edition - High Air Flow Full Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 and All-Black Interior price : 159$

all prices are rounded

estimated cost $1700sh

any way to improve this build ? any ideas to make it better while keeping the price in the range 1600$-1800$ range ?

thanks for the help,
much appreciated

thanks for the feedback :) much appreciate it, I think I am going to change and those are so far what I think will be the best choice for me.
I am not building for gaming, I am building for 3D rendering and Image Processing so I will need threads and RAM.
Do you think this will work all together ?
