PS4 has better performance and graphics. The Xbox One has a better interface.
So if you want slightly better graphics go with the PS4 but if you want a good and simple to use interface go with the Xbox one.

For video capabilities, the PS4 has the xbox one beat although in the long run you won't see much of a difference. Interface wise, its a matter of opinion. I think the xbox one's interface has huge potential, if you use a windows phone or tablet as an extension although both interfaces have yet to mature. There was talk of streaming from the playstation 4 to the vita over LAN but it has yet to materialize. It all comes down to your personal preference really.
