My computer can't seem to locate my newly bought GTX 780 Lightning Graphic Card. It was just fine until a while ago and now Nvidia and my Graphics Software also stop working. I can't seem to be able to open my Nvidia Control Panel and the Adapter immediately changes to Intel HD Graphics. This happened when i was playing a game (Battlefield 4) and then my PC suddenly crashed but when i tried to restart it, the display only showed a black screen. I changed my display to another port and then this happened :/ Help please and thanks :)

Solution
Try to update/flash your bios with the most upto date updates. Put in a old card so it displays and do it. Also try putting the card in another PCIE slot on your motherboard you should be putting it in the 1st slot but you can try all the slots on your motherboard if you wish. If that doesn't work It might be either your motherboard doesn't support the card or your PSU isn't good enough

Hope this helps

If you have more than 1 PCIE slot on your motherboard, try placing the 780 into that one and see what happens. Regarding software, use driver sweeper to remove the old driver and do a fresh install. If this doesn't work, then it's probably broken.
