Did I damage my pump?

Hello, yesterday I finished building my first watercooled PC. I made sure that some water got to the pump before I started it and it was very loud. I'm guessing it was because there was still air in it. Now however it's completely silent and water is circling through. However I'm paranoid that I have caused some permanent damage. Any help on the matter? The pump which I am using is a Swiftech MCP35X2. Thanks!

There are a few. However that's not my concern now. Everything is working fine now I'm just afraid if I have done some damage which will cause the pump to fail early or not work properly
