Hi guys,

I am planning to buy the

perfect pixel YAMAKASI DS270 IPS LED 27" AH-IPS HDMI Monitor for my new gaming pc (£255)

I want to ask you if someone can provide me feedback on this specific model or if you can suggest me a better product for the money.

Also for a 1440p gaming what GPU shall I go for in order to be OK and happy with the display?

GTX770 or GTX780 ,-- R9 280x or R9 290 ?

The rest of my pc components are new so they will work fine with any GPU

Thanks

so playing at 1440p its demanding.

Initially I was planning to go fro 1080 p and 1 gtx770
but since I can upgrade to 1440p I can go for the new Sapphire R9 290 that is coming out tomorrow.

What do you think about the monitor guys?

That Monitor looks great. I Don't know much about that company but I think it should be good enough.
Speaking of gpu, if you can afford r9 290 then you should totally go for it as it will be great for higher resolutions.
But if you wan't good enough performance and wan't to save some money then r9 280x/gtx 770 is a great option considered it's price.
But Maybe Nvidia gpu will be cheaper right now so gtx 780 is also a good choice.

I found , the asus gtx series 770 @ 240£ , 780@ 395£ the R9 280x around @ 270£ and tomorrow the new Sapphire tri x R9 290 + BF4 @ 380£

What u suggest? I dont want an overkill but to fit for this monitor :)
