Laptop wont "complete Installation " of Windows 7

I recently wiped my Laptop for a clean install of Windows 7 as my Laptop would only boot in Safe-Mode, and now after doing this I have discovered that My Advent Modena M100 will not complete installation of Windows 7, at the "Complete Installation" point of the install the Laptop crashes leaving me with no OS on my Laptop, help please as I'm tearing my hair out :(

Your hard drive or RAM may be bad. Try using one RAM stick at a time (if you have more than one), and do a full test on the hard-drive. One of the drive utilities in the Ultimate Boot Disk should be able to scan your drive for errors. http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
