When I open RUN with WIN+R and start typing anything like, MSCONFIG, it types one letter at a time very slowly over a period of 10 seconds. In this time I'm unable to move the Windows application at all or even close it. It really confuses me since I just upgraded my ram to Corsair 3x2GB 1600MHz and it made no difference in the applications opening faster or smoother.
