I would like some help and opinions building a new rig. Mainly to be used for gaming, streaming, and youtube. I would like to use the GTX 770 for my graphics, unless there is something better for gaming/price please post.

This should meet your needs - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2BE9p

If you have used Windows 8 and don't hate it, I would just bite the bullet and install 8.1 since 9 isn't out until next year. Eventually, programs are going to require newer than Win7 (it will be a really bad day for the world). I added the bluray reader because there is no reason not to have it in there in case you want to rip your movies for usage on a tablet. If you could find another $100 in your budget, you could step up to a nice 780 but that isn't necessary by any means. That just means you'll be able to play at the highest quality for a longer stretch of time. If you wanted to save a little money, you could also downgrade that to a 2GB 770 card - the additional video memory is only beneficial for when you're playing games with a lot of texture affects or doing 3D models and high-def video editting. I don't build rigs for myself very often so I go by the principle of buy beyond what I think I need so that I am not experiencing buyer's remorse in a year. Whatever changes you pick, you'll enjoy it
