You can downgrade the CPU to i5-4670k http://pcx.com.ph/intel-core-i5-4670k.html
and use the savings elsewhere - for a better graphics card e.g. GTX 770
http://pcx.com.ph/evga-gtx770-2gb-gddr5-256bit-02g-p4-2...

See the difference between GTX 770 and R9 270x here:

If you prefer AMD cards there's the R9-280x, but I couldn't find that one on your web site.

first of all thanks for suggesting... but why do you think i should pick i5 4670k instead of i7 4770k? and with regards to that gpu i think GTX 770 is way too much for me and 280x isn't available yet to my country. any gpu with less 15k below will be much appreciated to me.(http://pcx.com.ph/components/graphics-card.html) Thanks

If this system is primarily for gaming, go for a i5-4670k paired with a 770 or a 280x as aevm suggested.

It's just to save you the equivalent of US$ 100 or so. For gaming, the two CPUs give the same fps a lot of time, and the 4670k is cheaper.

I couldn't find any R9-280 or R9 280x on your site.
Of all the cards under 15,000 pesos listed there, the best are the 270x you picked and the 660 ti.
http://pcx.com.ph/components/graphics-card/zotac/zotac-...

The 660 Ti will beat the 270x in some games, but not all. Read this review and decide for yourself which is best for your favorite games.
