Need Monitor Help

Looking to spend about $150-$170 on a monitor. I mostly play mmos, so I don't think a super fast ms is super necessary, but I guess it would be a plus. Would prefer something 23"-24", and I'm not sure if led or IPS would be better for my needs. Any help would be much appreciated.

The Dell U2312HM is quite possibly the best 23" IPS monitor for gaming. Fast response times from the panel, as well as fantastic picture quality. Good for gaming, good for quality.

TN panels are still pretty good (I'm surprised by how good my new VG248QE looks), but they're generally either found in really cheap monitors or gaming monitors, which are far pricier.
