^Agree there is no need for 4gig VRAM with a 1080p other than that your build looks good.
As far as the build goes just take your time read and or view what you can on how to build and go from there. When you start your build just go one step at a time and you should be fine.

I prefer the MSI version but they are essencially the same thing and since the Asus is £15 cheaper, I'd go for that one.
