So i finally decide to buy a 760 2 gb which lies over my budget of 250 dollars, so then i o for i5-4570, but my fried tells me that this will bottleneck this gpu, are u sure if i would like you to recommend me someother below $220 mark and if there none then some other gpu below $250 mark. Thanks.....
