I currently own a GTX 760 2gb VGA Card and am using it with 2 1080p monitors, I have thought about SLI'ing it (and therefore buying a second equal VGA to it).

Looking over the forum and the net, I saw other folks being recommended to use VGA with a higher memory size (4GB in this case), so I would be better server using 2x GTX 760 2GB in SLI or a single GTX 770 4GB ?

Note that I already own one of the GTX 760, and to buy another it would cost me around R$1k and for the GTX 770 it would be around R$1.7k , Brazil prices are always this high due to the taxes, and if I sold the one I currently own the overall cost would be the same.

Thanks,

Well, two 760's are probably even faster than a GTX 780. Obviously, it's gonna be faster than a 770, and if you're gonna multi-monitor when you're gaming, then yeah, maybe buy another 760. BUT, If you won't play on 3 monitors, then no need to buy another 760 unless you want REALLY good performance.

Well, that point I was already aware of... I was more worried about the 2x 1080p screen rendering to it... Since the Titan and the GTX 780 are hella expensive here, I thought on the 770 with 4gb, with a future of maybe SLI'ing it. Although this is by far the best option, is also the most expensive between the one to do now and later...

Aslong as you don't triple-screen, you don't need more than 2 gb of Vram. The 2nd 1080p won't use much Vram aslong as you don't game on the second as well.

Not sure how gaming will be, or if I ever will use both to play, I usually watch videos on one and game on the other one.... So, I will keep up the plans on getting a second GTX 760 in a near future... Thanks Gustafangus for your comments.
