Yesterday my PC was making a lot of noise, and usually when it does that it means it has collected a lot of dust and i just need to clean it. So i disconnected, cleaned, and plugged back in right now. I turn it on and it gives me and BSOD. I turned it off and on, and still the blue screen. I get STOP:0x0000001E (a whole buch of 0 and f)
NETIO.SYS - Address then some numbers and letters

I was playing videogames yesterday(Battlefield Bad Company 2) and it seemed that sometimes the screen would go completely black and then on again, then off then on, then it would go back to normal (this isn't the problem i just thought it was worth mentioning).

This isn't the first time i get a BSOD, however it is the first time i get it and its not fixed by a simple computer restart. It was working just fine yesterday, I did not install anything new.

Please help, it will mean a lot to me :)

Try reinstalling the most current drivers for your networking card - the BSOD error refers to either a hardware/software issue with the networking adapter.
