Thank you to everyone who replied to my post yesterday. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1980384/question...

I have been talking with a lot of friends and I've received quite a bit of feedback. I plan to build this computer in about 5-6 months. Before finalizing a build, I'd like to know:
Which one of these two builds is better for gaming?

I. Games playing: League of Legends (main), Skyrim, Battlefield 3.
Secondary games: Hearthstone, World of Warcraft, Batman Arkham Asylum, Batman Arkham City

II. Which build is stronger for windowed fullscreen? Some games like League and World of Warcraft offer a windowed fullscreen mode. So far, with my current computers, there's a frame drop when I enter this mode. Which computer build is strong enough to run at max settings even under windowed fullscreen?

III. I will be running dual screen. I'll probably stream on Twitch/watch streams on Twitch while playing. Which build is better?

Build 1 - Original: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2BpZ0

Build 2 - Theorized Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2BIcH

Thank you for feedback. Regards - Veggiematic

I would go with the Intel build. Also, if you want smoother streaming without stressing your computer, you should consider i7-4770k.

Build 2! Intel CPUs are superior and are worth the extra cost. I have been running the same CPU as you are looking to get for about 7 months (almost since release). It is has been overclocked to 4.2GHz the whole time and runs extremely well. I use it to play games like ArmA 3, War Thunder and Europa Universalis 4.

I don't know how, but I might not want to overclock.

You could get rid of the 3 extra fans you are purchasing and save close to $50. If you're not OCing and running everything on stock, the fans that arrive already installed in your NZXT Phantom case will be enough.

Go with the intel build, but remove the cpu cooler. With that cpu you wont need the cpu cooler (for now) because you wont need to overclock it (for now), and still with the stock clock, will perform better than the fx6350 overclocked. And since you wont need to overclock the intel, you wont be needing those fans, so remove one or two of those extra fans also. This will make the intel build, the same price as the amd one, but better.
