Well I'm not seeing anything online. No one seems to be complaining about that card. I would advise uninstalling the graphics drivers. After uninstalling the drivers, use the program Driver Sweeper to ensure all old traces of previous drivers are gone. Reinstall the most recent graphics drivers, and let us know. Because as of right now, I don't think there is a quick fix I can advise you.

Alright, now this is where it gets a bit complicated. It may sound absurd, but try the graphics card in a different PCI-E slot. Also, when you set the card up, try a different six pin plug for power. If this does not resolve any issues, I would contact the manufacturer of your card to see if it has a defect.

Sorry about that. I remember how you said it worked fine on Windows 7. If this is the case, I'm thinking that its Windows not wanting to cooperate with your graphics drivers. If worse comes to worse, you can always try a reinstall of Windows 8.

It was from Micrasoft home page they gave it to me for 90 days triel butnow i have Windows 7 64 bit Home premium and all games work perfect i play Battelfield 4 Ultra setings 60 - 100 fps ( only wen the game is loading i get 30 fps and some times in game 40 fps but very rare ) and at auto setings all Medium 100 - 170 fps so WINDOWS 7 is a WIN for me a lot beter then windows 8.1 .

windows 8.1 is horrible for gaming, there is no fix. I contacted microsoft about multiple problems i found with 8.1 and they couldnt do anything to fix it. I had been having the exact same issues, all games work on ultra on win7 and i install 8.1 (and all 8.1 drivers) and all games are now unplayable on low. Plus i had been getting 100% disk usage problems and microsoft said it was a virus and that i should pay them 99$ for a fix, i said hell no and found out that there is a problem with windows search and skydrive constantly running and hogging the disk, i have tried everything i could think of.
*right click the game .exe and go to properties, go to compatibility tab, check run this program in compatibility mode with win8, run as admin
*cmd prompt sfc /scannow to check for windows system file corruptions
*check latency problems
*update router firmware
*double check that all audio and video drivers are 8.1 supported

if you can think of anything else or find solution let us know

I found out what the problem was for me. I upgraded from win7 pro to 8.1pro, apparently there was a conflict with the acer wlan/lan driver for win8 that 8.1 relied on. this driver was not in the driver upgrade recommendations for 8.1 and it took awhile to find this out. so be sure to check your computer manufacture website for any conflicting or any driver you would need if you had got win8 that doesnt show up on the recommended for 8.1. Dont give up, once i got it working it runs better than win7.
