Hi,

I have set up following system (to clarify lets call my drives with NATO alphabet):

PC
Alpha (250gb SSD, boot)
Beta (250gb SSD)
Charlie (4tb, mirrored raid with 4tb Delta)

<ethernet connection>

MAC
Echo (500gb SSD, boot)
Foxtrot (6gb, external thunderbolt)

Would you know, how can I backup everything to the Foxtrot? I have set up an ethernet connection but so far I have only managed to share single folders. Is this possible at all?

Thank you for your help!

excpet its Alph BRAVO Charlie.... - LoL

what backup program do you have?
If your answer is windows, then you will need pro or better to backup to a network share.

I don't do mac but you should be able to share the TB drive (or a folder on it) on the network and once your windows pc can access it you should be able to save to it.

True, I was casualty of multitasking.

Anyhow thank you for your reply. Previously I thought that I could backup everything as whole (from Mac end) but it makes sense to backup pc separately.
