Can this laptop run games like dayz and perhaps skyrim?

I want a laptop which can play the odd games but the main priority for gaming wise is dayz will this run that game on medium to high standards? http://shop.amd.com/uk/All/Detail/Notebook/ecx-PC%20-UK-21736663?SearchFacets=category%3ANotebook

I recommend getting a good RAM kit for either of those laptops to improve graphical performance (normally they have one stick of RAM, so upgrading to 2 sticks will help, also dont get speeds lower than 1600 mhz)
