You can use the GTX 610 as a physx card but it will lower your performance (the performance difference between the two cards is to large) and increase heat/power usage. No positive reason to use the GTX 610. So to answer your question... yes you CAN use it... but you really shouldn't.

Really no reason to do that though, just hook all your monitors to the 770... you won't see any performance loss and your system will use less power and produce less heat.
probably right - my gaming machine is an ITX so single-card ipso facto. but I do use 3 cards on my work machine, so maybe an option is to put the GT610 aside and use it like that, or even sell it to someone who needs a cheap simple card.
