Ok so i know it was a bad mistake but i bought a crap laptop for my first computer and i need a new one. i want a desktop that can atleast run some fps games and games like skyrim. thanks if ya see this!

ya what does all this mean could it run my games and dont you need a frame for the computer i dont even know how to actually build it so ya i do have questions. lol
