It will be mainly used for general gaming.

I don't need to run on the best settings.

Also what is the difference between AMD and Intel?

Solution
cpu g1620, assus 1155 mobo, 1X4gb ddr 3 ram, HD 7750 gpu. you will play all the games that are out until now in 1920X1080 and med-high settings depends on the game. ignore antialiasing since is a crappy option that blurs the image. this is the cheapest gaming setup you will ever get and that can play games for sure.
