Hello
This processor seems to be supported by 1155/1150pin boards. However in one of the CPU Support lists I was reading through it said "since the Xeon is a workstation CPU, some features will not work with this motherboard", which was a B85 chipset motherboard. What do they mean by this, vPro, because they use Q series chipsets? I know this is a server processor, but the cost of the new 4670K combined with a new Haswell motherboard is more than buying an Ivy Bridge Xeon with a cheap previous generation motherboard in my country, and I don't plan to overclock.

I'm not saying I definitely want the Xeon; I just want to know what the 'features that are disabled' are. vPro and other things could provide a backdoor, which concerns me.

Thanks for reading
