I have recentley bought and hooked up all of the neccassary computer parts to run a computer here are the specs

-Fm2 A85XA G36 - Motherboard
-AMD A6-6400K - Processor
- Geforce GTX 650 - Graphics Card
- Kingston Beast 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory - Plugged into black slots but there are also blue ones
- Corsair CX 430

Anyway, everything turns on when I hit the button all the fans run and everything has sufficient power, but when I plug in with VGA to a monitor I get the error No Signal Received. The monitor and the cable works perfectly fine.and Ive tride wo different monitors the other one just says No Signal.

Solution
Is the monitor connected to the motherboard or graphics card? If it's connected to the motherboard, try connecting it to the graphics card output (or uninstall the graphics card and test with on-board graphics only).
