I am wondering which of these two cards is cooler/quieter. I am thinking of avoiding the GHz edition because it would be too loud for me, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the help.

The MSI Twin FrozR cooler is very quiet, mine has never ramped up from it's lowest setting, and I have the HAWK edition, which is the same as the Gaming, but overclocked more. It is very quiet.

Which MSI HAWK do you have? I've seen many people saying how loud these cards are/were. Just google MSI Hawk Noise.

I have the GTX 760, sorry I didn't put that lol And I've never had a problem with mine, like I said, it never ramps up above it's minimum speed.
