Hey,
I have just bought a Corsair 750D PC case and I am currently transfering all of my hardware into my new case. I have cleaned all of my hardware before moving it over and replaced the gel on the CPU, so everything should be much cooler than what it was before. However, when I come to power up the PC, it claims that ExpressGate has not completed it's installation and there is a CPU overheating error which then shuts down the system after several seconds.

I am using (nothing is overclocked):
Intel i7 950
Asus P6X58D-E Motherboard
Nvidia GTX 560
900W PSU

I am all out of ideas on what could be causing this problem. I have tried to get access to the BIOS however my keyboard will not activate until the BIOS prompt has passed. Could anyone help me with this problem?

Solution
Are you using the stock Intel heat sink? I would guess maybe one or more of the push-pins isn't fully seated. Can you see that all four push-pins are fully seated and the HSF has no play when you try to wiggle it?
