This is the ram I have - http://www.amazon.com/G-SKILL-Sniper-240-Pin-Desktop-F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR/dp/B004HZDG00/ref=sr_sp-atf_title_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1389819937&sr=8-3&keywords=gskill+ram+2x4gb

My processor: AMD FX 6300 (stock speed)

Motherboard: Asus M5A97 LE R2.0

Motherboard BIOS Version: 1903

Can someone PLEASE tell me why when I go to the motherboard BIOS the RAM speed is set at 1429 MHz, and when I go to manually change it in the AI Tweaker there is no 1600 option? The next after 1429 is 1740 ish (don't remember exactly)

I have tried setting the PC back to NORMAL and seeing if there is a 1600 MHz option but there is not. The options available remain the same :(
