I think this will be the finalized parts that I will be getting. However, what is this Potential Issues/Incompatibilities?
Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.

CPU AMD FX-4300 3.8GHz Quad-Core - $102.59
Motherboard Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ - $84.99
Memory G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 - $43.92
Storage Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM - $59.98
Video Card XFX Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB - $89.99
Case NZXT Source 210 Elite (White) ATX Mid Tower - $44.99
Power Supply Corsair 430W ATX12V - $19.99
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) - $82.98
Monitor Asus VS238H-P 23.0" - $147.58

Also, how do I know if the Power Supply is enough to power the computer smoothly?
And when should someone get a cooling fan and not use the give one? (Case /CPU)

Solution
I wouldn't say you can just ignore the message. The compatibility warning is just how it's stated. The motherboard uses the 970 chipset which needs an updated BIOS to support CPUs that came out after the chipset. According to ASUS the FX-4300 is supported starting with BIOS revision 1006. If your board has a BIOS version older than that your CPU will not work.

The 1006 BIOS version is pretty old, so you should be fine. The latest BIOS is version 2103 which was released in November.

Looks like you got the list from pcpartpicker it has a handy estimated wattage top left.

Would it be safer to change to a newer Motherboard? If yes, please recommend me an affordable but good MOBO.

Hi - I had occasion to look at those mobo's a while back for another user. I found that warning on many mobo's
with that chipset. I think it's as shortstuff said above, you are highly unlikely to get a mobo with a BIOS that old.
You shouldn't be too concerned. Worst that happens is you update BIOS, which is something you might be doing anyway with mobo's that have been on the shelf for a while.

Relax. Your selected components are fine. Shortstuff just didn't write it in a reassuring way but he is right.
