i5 4570 vs i5 4670 vs i5 4670k for gaming

Hello community,

which of the following CPUs is the best way to go for gaming? I read a lot in the forums about overclocking rising the minium fps, so does it really matter whether an 4670k runs on stock or @ 4,2 GHz? I would save a lot of money if I chose the 4670 non-k and a H-87 mainboard...

The none K will do fine so really it is what do you want to spend and really if you go with the cheaper solution then maybe you can get a stronger GPU for overall better performance.

Thank you very much. I planned to get a Palit GTX 770 Jetstream, so a 4570 should do it.... right? By the way: Does anyone know the difference between the Jetstream and the regular design of the Palit GTX 770?

Looks like a good plan to me. The Jetstream has a better cooler I believe.
