I have a big problem since 2011 or something like that. In every mmo game i have freaking low CPU usage (20-40%) and in games like BF4 etc cpu usage is well. First things first. Here is my spec:
i7 920 currently Oc´ed to 3,5 Ghz (i tried 3.8 but there was no difference, maybe it was even worse in RIFT), 6gb 1333 mhz ddr3 ram in tripple slot, OCZ 750W extreme, msi gtx 670 PE at stock. Im playing everything in 1920x1080.
I can run SP games well, BF4 ultra 50-200 fps with some dips. Metrlo LL +- 60fps on max without SSAO etc.
But when it comes to MMORPGs i have low cpu and gpu usage. Temperatures are ok, nothing is overheating. So...Wow-all maxed 40-80 fps (WTF, thats low).... In 25 man, fps are even in ,,teens,, Tera-good fps in dungeons, solo q etc but shitty fps in events and cities (20-30 fps) and again low cpu and gpu usage. Same thing in FFXIV:RR. Even in Raiders...So whenever ppl are around fps drops like hell and in GW2 I cant play WvWvW cos i have 6 fps and low cpu+gpu usage. Same in neverwinter 20 fps in town...And turning HT off doesn´t help...

I think my cpu should handle MMOs better. I dont wanna buy new mobo+cpu because i red about ppl getting same problem with i5 4670K...

I never found any solution on any forum. I would be grateful if someone can give me solution or advice.
