Missing CPU Driver Issue? (Re-posted)

I have been having this issue for the past few days and Im unable to find a solution for it. Ill provide a picture to help explain. Essentially I turned on my computer one day, and my computer was not picking up the Internet. So I checked Device Manager and found that Im missing my Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 2600k driver x 8

These are the things I have tried..
Flashed my bios
Updated my chipset drivers
Ran Hardware diagnostics on my CPU
Restored my OS to a working date
Repaired my existing OS (F8)
Removed Upper/Lower Filters
