windows keeps going to the "insert cd disk"! when ive already setup windows!

Is there a Windows CD in your optical drive? Do you have more than one storage device installed?

im running a VM, and windows doesn't give me a remove disk screen, so basically is a bit fast for me.

Try mashing esc after reboot and checking the boot priority settings in the BIOS.
