Is my current desktop upgradable?

To be completely honest I'm not exactly a wiz with computer hardware. Everything software related, sure, but the actual hardware is where I lack in skills. This is my current desktop (premade)

AMD Athlon II X2 Dual-Core 260u

Is this upgradable in anyway? I just need some cheap upgrades to make it through another year or so as it's running a bit on the slow side for anything real intensive.

If it is upgradable, is it worth the price?

that is a pc for surfing the internet watching movies and playing old games. if you want the cheapest solution get a g1620 cpu a hd 7750gpu, 4gb ddr3 ram and a asus socket 1155 motherboard it will last you long and play all the games and when you have the money you can throw a i5 cpu in there.
