I'm getting the Cooler Master CM 690 iii case.
http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower-cm690-series/cm693/

for the fans, i'm going to install

Top: Cooler Master MegaFlow 200
Front: 200mm fan x 1 (built into the case)
Rear: 120mm fan x 1 (built into the case)
Side: Cooler Master MegaFlow 200
Bottom: NF-F12 PWM x1
HDD cage: NF-F12 PWM x1

these fans to the case. however, I want to know if i should get either the NF-F12 for the 120mm fan or CM Sleeve bearing 120mm fans for the Bottom and HDD cage fans.(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103022)

I want the fan to be very silent, and have descent (above average) airflow as i'm not going to be overclocking.

Personally I love, love, LOVE Noctua heatsinks. When it comes to fans, I honestly get the cheapest ones I can grab. Yeah, it may be silly of me, but my system temps aren't bad at all with the cheapo fans I have. In your case, either OR would be good. I love Cooler Master's cases, but I haven't tinkered with their system fans before. I can only imagine they are amazing.

My final ruling:

Go with whichever one is cheaper. Noctua and Cooler Master are both respectable brands when it comes to cooling.

I have a similar fan configuration (in HAF X case) ... I found you simply don't need all those fans. Your going to hate the noise from that many fans too, no matter how good they are.....

I use ONLY front, side, and rear (same sizes as yours). I have two (2) 200mm top fans I don't even run them... (no need). Had to get a fan controller to slow 'em down too to get them quieter.

Noctua's are great fans. But, I don't believe your need or want any fans in those positions....
