Recently, I saved up enough money to buy a PC (I was switching from console to PC) and rather than building one I bought the Acer MC605. I downloaded Far Cry 3 as my first game and on low graphics it had really low FPS, and I would have to turn my resolution down all the way just to get it to work. I didn't really mind until my friend who has a PC with lower specs had better FPS. I've tried a lot of things like Disk Cleanup and Defragmentation but it still has really low FPS.
My computer's specs:
Intel Core i5-3350P CPU@ 3.10 GHz 3.10 GHz
8.00 GB RAM
64-bit Operating System, x64-bit based processor
AMD Radeon 8470
And It came with Windows 8.
Like I said, I have to lower the resolution completely just to get smooth FPS, so I think it is a problem around that area.
