i can find low pings servers on my games like 40 to 80 but when i play it starts to lag like crazy lag spikes i belive i know its not my computer because i dont have any programs running neither is the other computer that my sister uses. i have no malwares

nvidia geforce gtx 550 ti
8 gb ram
i can play bf4 perfectly fine but when it goes to steam every game lags(lag spikes) i even go on steam servers to see the pings on all the games all i can find is 150+
