So last night i turned my pc down(windows updated stuff) so i went to bed before my pc actually turned off...

This morning woke up turned my pc on, and it kinda switched off after about a second or so, paused for about a second and then tried to reboot for a second or so and just kept on repeating this process until i unplug it or hold down the power button for 30seconds or so...

Corsair vengeance c70
Asus sabertooth z87
Intel i7 4770k
12 gig ram (corsair too)
Hd6970 graphics
Silverstone stride plus 750 w
With a corsair h100i cooling

Now its only about 5-6 months old as well, never had a problem or anything just now.

I am baffled.

It does sound like something overheated or something electrical happened while you were sleeping. It could be the power supply went out - you could either test it with a multimeter or replace it with known working one. Hopefully it is the power supply as it would be the cheapest component to replace. You could also try to boot with only one stick of memory and nothing else (HDD, GPU, PCI cards, etc.) to see if you can get into BIOS. If you can then you replace components one by one until you have identified the faulty one. Good luck.

Thanks for all the replies.

So i have decided to take it to my local shop seeing as i cant find anything wrong with it (apart from the whole not starting bit).

I have checked all the cabling and Ram and still the same.

When i power it on the power button lights up, the light on the cooling system lights up and all the fans start up, albeit only for that second...

I hope it is something i can get back on warranty seeing as it is still such a new system and all that.

Ill keep in touch when i get it back as to what they decided it was
