I am currently running a single evga gtx 670 2GB with 3 23 inch monitors and i can obviously only run on medium detail for most games. I was thinking the most cost effective way to improve my setup would be to add a second 670 in sli. Or should I just get a brand new card?

Also I am using an MSI P67A-G45 and a Core I5-2500k

Solution
Everyone wants a 780Ti.

Most cost effective solution is to just get another GTX 670 2GB to be honest as you can grab one for < $200.00 on eBay right now.
That should get you to High settings fairly easily.

Of course if you just want to rip it up and your wallet agrees....

2 EVGA GTX 670 2GB in SLI is about on par with a 780Ti is what most people report.

I think that is the case. I've never run SLI either as I am firmly in the single card, camp. Every time I thought I might go SLI, I found myself too far behind for it to outweigh the performance I would get from a single card solution in the newer generation.
