WHat's the difference between these Three graphic cards?

Its a matter of extra VRam for the Gigabyte, higher clocks for the EVGA, and custom cooling on all of them. I don't think the extra VRam is worth that much extra, I would either go for the ASUS because it is cheapest, or the EVGA because its pre-OC'd

Hi thanks so much but just one quick question

what does it mean by being overclocked?? does it shorten your computer's expected life or anything?

is it similar to overclock? so it will be like much hotter than normal? or is it the function that I can enable and disable with software?
