Hello. Recently, I received an EVGA GTX660 card and a new 500w power supply. I installed both components worked fine and what not for a couple days.

Two days later I want to work on my second hard drive, so I go to unplug my main hard drive. I plug back in the power cable, turn on my computer, no boot. I had properly grounded myself before I opened up the case but was wearing socks on a carpet. I felt no shock. I checked all mobo, cpu connections. nothing out of place? I've made sure the power supply works and tested a spare one.

This implies that it is a Mobo problem. If if replace with an exact copy of my GA-78LMT-S2 rev 1.1 will I be fine? Will windows still work? Is it really a mobo problem?

Any input appreciated,
TGB
