Are these temperatures to high for idle?

Im mostly concerned for my motherboard and gpu. My 8350 is oc to 4.33ghz but on a h60

GPU is fine. Motherboard, you need to get more specific. Try to find something called (in my case) VR_T2. Anything that looks like a VRM/mosfet temperature. Theses need to stay under 70 at full load. If you can find them ( usually next to the CPU) you can take a heat gun at them to see heat. In your motherboards case, there is no heat sink on them. Try to find the temps once again. If they get near 70, point a fan at them, if that doesn't help you can put heatsinks on them.
