MSI Board Won't Boot

I have a MSI z87 GD65 board with an i5 4670k
8GB of Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Thermaltake TR2 600W power supply
EVGA GTX560Ti Super overclocked
Intel 60GB SSD with windows and drivers
Westerndigital Blue 500GB.

When I go to boot up it does not even show the screen where I can get to the bios. All I see is a blank black screen with a 9C posted in the bottom right corner. That is also the same code the board is giving me. What do I do?

This is a new processor mother board and ram. Everything else is a little less than two years old.

Ok I miss understood what you were asking. This computer in the exact configuration it is in was working earlier today and has been working but will not boot up since the last shut down just a few hours ago.

What if anything, does it do when you hit the power button. Do you have any USB devices attached? Might try reseating the DRAM and the GPU, make sure all power connections are snug.

With something stopping to work like that something failed most likely. So use Tradesmans recommendation and reseat stuff and try with only one stick of ram, try removing GPU and run on the onboard and so on.

Thank you for the help and I know It was long overdue but I finally figured it out. My battery backup was low and my computer wasnt getting the power it needed
