Hello everyone i am a first time system builder and i have picked this list of parts to make a system with and i was wondering if they are compatible and if you could help me with what size psu i will need also if you have any case recommendations i would prefer black and red possibly a plexy side window if i decide to water cool it, also this system is going to be for gaming any help would be appreciated thanks!

For gaming you don't need a socket 2011 mobo and cpu. But if you have the money why not get the 4930k. If you get a 4770k and a good z87 motherboard you could get the 780ti instead of the 780 with the saved money. I'd also suggest a better cooler like a phanteks or noctua. As for a psu are you planning on SLI in the future?

I might eventually use SLI eventually and is the ones I have now better or worse then the 4770k CPU and z87 mobo because if it is I will get that but I couldn't find the 780ti

okay so i should be able to run everything good with the stuff listed above but a 780ti instead of the 780 and do you think this computer will be able to video edit and program if need be?

okay thank you the last question i had was will this power supply you linked me have enough power if i do sli with another 780 and what if i decide to add 1 or 2 more ssds or hdd

Okay thanks I will probably do that and I think I'm going with a azza genesis 9000 case do you think that's a good case in general with the option of being able to water cool later on
