The parts for the system below are coming in and it occurred to me that I do not have much for power/surge protection. I never really cared about my current system much, so only had a typical power strip with surge protection.

What do I need?

(Also, since people bring this up often, the GPU arrangement is because I already have one of those listed. I may SLI or just get a bigger single card later, but have it listed for power considerations.)

Yeah a basic surge bar is about all you need, if you need anything further the only step up is a uninterrupted power supply.
