Hey,

I would suggest the Asus G750JW ($1299 in the US), as it is a rather powerful machine that runs very cool, and is almost silent.
I would advise against the HP laptops, as most of the ones I've dealt with have had terrible cooling. Mine always ran hot, and several friends of mine are constantly having problems with theirs throttling or shutting down due to heat. Do note that the ones I have dealt with are not the latest models but the 1st generation i7 and i5 versions, so it could be that they revised their cooling design.

Hope this helps!

the 740 would probably handle it but at lower resolution. I can't seem to find the screen resolution for it but if its 1920x1080 I'd say probably medium or lower and medium or higher if its a 1366x768 resolution screen. I wouldn't drop much less than a 740m though.

Lenovo if you can get them where you are at also sell a good priced laptop called the y510p that allows you to buy with a single geforce 750m and use a bay that would normally be a optical drive to plug in a 2nd one. I have been considering that one myself as at least if i get a laptop and its not enough i could sli them and probably get the performance i want without having to buy a better laptop.
