does anyone see any problems with this, please feel free to comment on it or make suggestions, first build so kind of clueless other than a few weeks reading here. I think I have a pretty solid system but want to make sure before I order everything.

I see two problems, maybe not too big a deal, but...
I bought an Apevia case once. Once. It wasn't cheap either, I think maybe $70 or $80 some 6-7 years ago. It was thin, horrid junk. Some factory drone even put a screw through the power switch wires. It had grounding problems, such that my fluffy cat walking anywhere near it rebooted my PC. I fought with it for six months probably before tossing it into the grabbage.
Second, you've got a budget CM PSU. Although from a newer line, other than their V-series (made by Seasonic, finally), I've seen no low-mid range CM PSUs ever get a recommendation in a competent technical review, and most are dismal failures. Look to XFX, Seasonic, Antec, or a Rosewill Capstone in that price range. Avoid Corsair "CX;" they're made by CWT, not Seasonic, and contain some inferior capacitors that don't hold up under heat.
I also use and recommend the Xigmatek Gaia. My links are at work, but it's a little cheaper, and a little better than the more frequently parroted Hyper212 EVO. NZXT now has a 120mm tower cooler that is even cheaper, and I'd expect performance to be within 2C-3C.
