How many fans should I use?

Just wondering, for the Fractal Design Define R4, would the 2 stock fans be enough to cool the system in a neutral air pressure situation rather than positive/negative.

System components:
Intel core i5-4570
Evga gtx 760 blower style cooler
Cooler master hyper 212 evo

From what I've read it comes with two 140mm fans, and most people who put gaming cards in it add 2 or 3 more fans. IMO 4 fans would be enough, then you can even set them to run slowly to keep noise low. With only two you'd need higher rpm and that means noise.
