I want to save SOME money on this build, but I don't really want to get a different GPU, CPU, CPU Cooler, and definitely don't want to drop the SSD. Here's the build:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($149.99 @ TigerDirect)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($89.43 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($144.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($89.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($83.02 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($389.99 @ Amazon)
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WDN3800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter ($24.99 @ Microcenter)
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed ATX Mid Tower Case ($98.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($16.98 @ OutletPC)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64-bit - OEM (64-bit) ($99.98 @ OutletPC)

Don't get the V300 SSD. The firmware that the new ones ship with is HORRIBLE. The speeds are incredibly slow with the new firmware. Get the Samsung EVO 840. $88 on amazon I believe. You could get a different case. Newegg has the superclocked 770 w/ acx cooling for $330.

I don't see how you could save money on this build. Maybe change your cooler to a cheaper one. An Hyper 212 EVO from Coolermaster would do the job just fine.

Or maybe look at bigger solutions like the Noctua NH-D14 or the Phanteks PH-TC14PE. They may be cheaper too. Also, they cools better and are fare more quiet. I like them because you don't risk any liquidl leaking into your computer if they break.

You should also change your PSU because Corsair CX are cheap and tend to break a lot. Instead, go with one from a more trusted brand such as Seasonic or XFX. Anything will perform better. The wattage is good, tough.

If you can't afford it right now, you could wait to have more money and then buy it.

I don't mean to sound rude but, Corsair is a very trusted brand. They have great reviews, and I have actually used one myself in my previous build, and it lasted about a year in a half, but still going strong. So I'm pretty sure I know that it's a good PSU.
