Is the 50-60fps at the start of a game, or is it when there is a lot of action on screen. When I had an AMD Card (A little while now), i noticed that if you close all the background browers and programs, it'll up your FPS. Also, the last time I had AMD CCC, there was setting to adjust Anti-aliasing and texture quality; I'm not sure if that's still there, but make sure you don't turn those filters to the max. They absolutely kill your FPS.

It is pretty laggy booting up and when it does it automatically starts at 50-60 fps. And when i get into action it goes down even more to about 40 fps. All the settings that you said have been turned off so it can't be that. When I just played with the original settings it was getting 180 fps, but with the same settings it is about 60-50 now.

Between the time you got 200Fps to the time it dropped to 50Fps, did you update drivers or install antivirus software, etc. This can have an effect on the performance of your GPU but highly unlikely. You might even want to try reinstalling your drivers. Use Driver Sweeper to clean your old drivers completely and reinstall, then I would also recommend that you download MSI afterburner, activate the GPU settings on the On screen display and monitor how much GPU% the game uses. After installing a fresh version of catalyst, do not fiddle with the settings, leave them as is, then see what the performance is.

Yes I did I installed a lot of drivers actually. Thats what I was thinking as well. Can you please link me the right driver sweeper? I don't want to download something that isn't right. I did not install any antivirus software. Only drivers for the mobo.

by mobo drivers you mean BIOS? and you shouldn't need anything beyond control panel uninstaller. For future reference, don't fix what isn't broken. Meaning don't update your Mobo bios unless you have a problem that nothing has seemed to fix yet.

If it's mobo drivers, don't worry about it too much. I'm pretty sure you didn't brick the BIOS, just do a complete fresh install of CCC and see what happens.

I basically went here http://www.gigabyte.us/support-downloads/download-center.aspx?ck=2 and found my motherboard. I dowloaded all the drivers that it said except maybe a couple. If thats the problem is there a way for me to uninstall them?

I just did what you told me to do and uninstalled the graphics drivers and re installed them. Unfortunately there was no change in the performance of the game.
