Windows 8.1 fixes fps drops in BF4?

but windows 8 and 8.1 is shyt and its hard to use . Only battelfield 4 gets some FPS boost from windows 8 or 8.1 the other games loses FPS a lot if you play older games the FPS drops 20% - 30 % depending on the PC i my case wen i had windows 8.1 i lost in my older games 10 fps - 25 fps so i reinstal windows 7 and i stil have good FPS on battelfield 4
